There are two mortar buckets and mortar car on the machine. • Two different mortars can be used for a product • Sing-piece synchronized vibration table is used. • The vibrators have been designed as not to damage the machine body and the hydraulic system. • The hydraulic pallet driver and the pallets are pushed on to the vibration table. • On both mortar cars, there are adjustable polyamide brushes cleaning the male mould. • It operates automatically with a single command given from the panel.

The products manufactured on a table at the concrete parquet making machine is piled up by a piling robot one on opt of each other in order as 2*6 or 1*6 (for lock stone). These piled products are left to dry with the help of a forklift. The piling robot operates independently from the machine in a full-automatic mode.
